すると、上記のような画面が表れます。

You puch this mark, you can get your instance TL.

Federated timeline,自分のインスタンス以外のタイムラインを含んだタイムライン

Search the word, hash tag and User 

 the word and hashtag makes your TL good.

の連合サーバーを作ってくれています。

ちょっとフォローしてみるとわかりやすいかと。（インスタンス（サーバ）は別からのリモートフォローでもいいかも）

You will be able to find who you want to see.

で検索をすると、見つけたい人が見つかりますよ。
