Federated timeline,自分のインスタンス以外のタイムラインを含んだタイムライン
Search the word, hash tag and User
the word and hashtag makes your TL good.

の連合サーバーを作ってくれています。
ちょっとフォローしてみるとわかりやすいかと。（インスタンス（サーバ）は別からのリモートフォローでもいいかも）
